Dr. Rohan Desai is an accomplished Nephrologist with a strong academic foundation and advanced clinical expertise in the management of kidney diseases. He completed his MBBS and internship from Seth G.S. Medical College & KEM Hospital, Mumbai, followed by an MD in Internal Medicine from S. Nijalingappa Medical College (SNMC), Bagalkot. To further specialize, he pursued DrNB in Nephrology at Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, Manipal Hospitals, where he gained extensive experience in both outpatient and inpatient nephrology care, dialysis services, and transplant medicine.
His key areas of expertise include the management of acute kidney injury (AKI), chronic kidney disease (CKD), glomerular disorders, dialysis therapies (hemodialysis and CAPD), and kidney transplantation.
